Goyard, one of the most in-demand luxury houses today, has unveiled a major new release, which quickly captured attention across the fashion world.
The highlight of the drop is the newly introduced Capitonnage colorway, widely regarded as the darkest Goyard monogram ever released. This new collection debuts across eight bag styles, each showcasing the brand’s iconic aesthetic in a deeper, more dramatic expression.
Inspired by the star-lit Parisian night sky, Capitonnage is Goyard’s most profound and refined color palette to date. The design features an ultra-deep black Goyardine canvas, punctuated with crisp white dots and finished with silver-tone hardware, creating a bold yet elegant contrast.
The collection spans eight of Goyard’s most popular silhouettes, including the classic Saïgon Mini and Saïgon Structuré Mini. Both styles incorporate dark brown wood-grain handles and trims, adding warmth and balance while enhancing everyday wearability. Also included is the ultra-compact Saïgon Structuré Nano, offering a wide range of size options for different preferences.
All pieces are crafted from Goyard’s signature Goyardine canvas, now reimagined with the Capitonnage monogram. Beyond the three Saïgon styles, the lineup introduces the Dé Trunk Evening Bag, constructed using Goyard’s legendary trunk-making and leather craftsmanship. Its structured box silhouette, paired with deep black leather, delivers a strong and commanding presence.
Additional highlights include the Alto Hatbox Trunk, the Monte-Carlo PM Clutch, as well as elegant evening styles such as the Duchesse Marie-Caroline Bag, all of which showcase refined proportions and elevated design.
The Goyard Capitonnage Collection is now officially available, with prices starting at approximately $3,200 USD. Interested clients are encouraged to contact their sales associates for availability. Best of luck to those looking to secure a piece from this highly anticipated release.
